Dress Like an All-Star: Our Athleisure Fashion Picks

(Sporty) Spice up your wardrobe.

While we may be willing to break free from our quarantine sweats, we are decidedly not going to part with the comfort we’ve found in our athleisure pieces. After all, we move through our days like players on a field and we would like to have our clothes keep up with us (sans the sound of pants splitting in the process, thank you). The fashion gods have heard us and answered our prayers, delivering pieces that are both colorful and ready to move—just like us. We’ve rounded up some of our favorites.

So fresh, so clean.

Have you, too, wondered why Rich Fresh, maker of highly tailored, athletic inspired bespoke suits for the likes of Dwayne Wade and Kevin Hart, hasn’t launched a line? Wonder no more: he has started to release pieces to the rest of us. This polo is sleek enough to go from WFH to WFO to a night out.

No crickets here.

Rowing Blazers has been a go-to for working in classics with a twist, and the brand’s latest summer collection has us adding to cart with glee. We were excited to discover this cricket sweater adorned with cheerful pink and green, and can just see it playing a central role on cool summer nights (or in over air conditioned offices).

Recreating spirit.

We would be remiss if we didn’t include something from Recreational Habits (whose founder, Jackie Skye Muller, is our latest subject of admiration via Into Them), but how to choose just one thing? We do live in this unisex Varsity Crewneck Pullover, so perfectly finished the styling options are limitless.

Party on.

This unisex party shirt from Aime Leon Dore has a scaled-down collar and enough visual interest to keep it from feeling stuffy. It will find a home in the boardroom or on the boardwalk. (No boring blue shirts here.)
